The Best Chili You’ll Ever Eat
Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 90 mins | Total Time: 105 mins

This chili needs no introduction. If you are a subscriber on my Youtube channel, then this is the video that you probably first watched. I wasn’t ever expecting this video to get as big as it did. But when the comments, likes, and views started pouring in, I knew this one was a WINNER WINNER CHICKEN (Chili) DINNER. But of course, You can sub the ground chicken for ground turkey.
I love chili, but I don’t eat pork or beef, so one day I ventured into my happy place (my kitchen) and began creating my own Chicken Chili recipe. It’s really unlike anyone elses. It’s what you hope to taste when you grab a bowl of chili. I wouldn’t say that this is a quick meal, but it is easy to make and worth the wait.
Spice Warning: Now fair warning, your girl likes her chili spicy. So if you have weak, I mean, people who don’t like spicy food, then I suggest reframing from adding in the pepper flakes or the hot sauce. It will still be amazing. I love to eat mine with some cheese on top and a side of crackers. But people also eat it over rice, with cornbread, on a hot dog, whatever you want. It also freezes really well just in case you end up having some leftovers!
If you’re a returning reader then you know I don’t measure out my seasonings. I just season my food until my ancestors say…stop. BUT if you need some type of visualization check out my viral Youtube video of me making this chili. That way you can see exactly how much of everything I used! Now go make that chili and let them know that LC gave you her recipe!
