Roasted Potatoes w/ Garlic & Rosemary
Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 45 mins | Total Time: 60 mins

Roasted potatoes ( red or white) are the perfect side dish for almost every meal, especially served next to something with some sauce or gravy. What makes this dish even better, is that it’s an easy one-sheet pan dish. These roasted garlic rosemary potatoes are great all year round but really stand out in the holidays. For this recipe, I used red potatoes and kept the skin on, but feel free to use any type of potatoes you’d like.
